Do you think Yahweh Ben Joseph aka Jesus Christ actually rose from the dead after his crucifixion? Was it all a conspiracy to sell more bibles? Did Jesus exist at all as a historical figure? Did he walk on water?

it drives me wild that this was only 2000 years ago, that's like 30 generations back  id only have to go back 30 generations to find 1 of my ancestors living through jesus era i wonder if they heard the rumours about him and what they thought of him

I can go back 11 generations and it takes me to 1699 and the end of a paper trail. I don't think 30 is enough.

In pop terms, the history of Jesus rising from the dead was like the Wicked story. Historically, the 'risen from the dead' was added years later to the scriptures, so we might argue that it could be like a 'fanfic', just like the 'Elphaba and Glinda were actually friends'. 

 

Personally, I take this 'promise' of 'rising from the dead when all is said and done if you did good in your life' more like a metaphor, and not in the literal meaning most people do.

Nope. He was a lunatic that believed he had divine powers. Delusional like the typical meth head walking down the street. And unfortunately some people heard those delusions and thought it was lit. But then he started saying it's a sin for a guy to **** another guy. So all the closest home essentials beat his ass and threw him up on that cross and said, when Jesus say yes, EVERYONE says NO. And since then people really think he had it like that when he was actually just an unstable flop. It's crazy how that works. He wanted to be like the Luigi of that time but he just didn't have what it takes. He was more like the Lori Vallow of that time. All bark and no bite.
