And as someone who has thick eye brows, yes they can grow really fast and, personally, even faster if I'm under a lot of stress. 1

Like why in the world would a McDonald's employee be so convinced that they call the police… that's going to a lot of trouble for something that really does not concern you, it's not like he was a serial killer or something. And there is no way they could've thought they knew it was him. Like how was it even on their radar.
