swissman Posted December 2 Posted December 2 It's so weird to me how when some people hear that a word is not correct/ insulting/an outright slur, their reaction is to say "WHO CARES" or roll their eyes and say stuff like "This is why Tr*mp won" because in both cases you are clearly far too fragile to be telling OTHERS how or when they can be upset about words that either inaccurately or offensively describe THEM, not you. To think that your use of a word is more important than its historical and continual racist context is beyond outrageous. If being told that a word is inappropriate is THAT terrible to you, you've got some true issues with empathy and more than that, logic. 2
