Joe Biden, could he have won?

Trump's team had reason to believe that if the race were against Biden, New Jersey and possibly other states like Virginia would've gone red. It would've been a worse defeat.

Biden was down in the polls in states like New Jersey. No, he wouldn't have won.

Kamala's biggest mistake was saying she wouldn't be much different from Biden.

trump was polling at 38% compared to de santis being at 52% in december 2022. a lot can happen over the course of a few months.

Being able to speak in complete sentences is pretty critical to shifting any election. Biden couldn't do that. He would have lost much worse than Kamala—especially when her biggest mistake was not distancing herself more from him.

As for DeSantis vs. Trump, this was when Trump was being seen as more electorally risky with all the court hearings underway and following the 2022 election results suggesting Trumpism wasn't popular.

The poll numbers tell the story. The moment she had that View Interview where she said she wouldnt change anything from Biden (and was used by Trump attack ads), she started tanking
