Don't know why they keep doing this early chart update when it's missing 90% of necessary data to be any accurate. She'll be lower in Monday's and Wednesday's updates as streaming numbers are added in. Same for most debuts they predict that end up 10 spots lower by Friday

Its sales only in this first update, includes Friday and Saturday, Disease was #1 on iTunes.

Honestly its good for the labels. This can motivate them to keep pushing the singles throughout the week and on general when people see an article 'First look xxx heading for #1' it might make people check out the song so its good for marketing too
