Popular Post Thickorita Posted October 26 Popular Post Posted October 26 Her final impersonation for the era was Katy Perry's 143 79 2
Lulento Posted October 26 Posted October 26 It's a beautiful but a very heavy album... I played it once and got so overwhelmed with emotions. Couldn't even finish it in one listen. I will definitely go back to it, but I can't see myself listening to it every day, just because it makes me feel so sad 1 7 1

Vixen Eyes Posted October 26 Posted October 26 there arent any bangers or bops on the album so i can see why it isnt successful. but its a 10/10 album so yall are tasteless 8
Lady Claire Posted October 26 Posted October 26 The album wasn't meant for mainstream charts, nor lyrically or sonically (most songs are 4min+ long). There aren't "bops" and she didn't had any hits this era, so it was expected It's receiving amazing reviews from the fans and music critics so in that regard the album did its job. Maybe her physical sales will push for a top 5 debut on Billboard 200. 2
Bloodflowers. Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Its not meant to have any commercial singles as Its a full album body of work 4
LoveInStereo Posted October 26 Posted October 26 It's a phenomenal project. It must be said, though, anybody who said this album was not gonna be met with commercial success over the past week has been accused of being haters or negative so I have to ask: what planet were you folks living on? The writing was on the wall! She has a tour ahead of her & a sizeable fanbase that adores her. The album is a triumph but Billboard #1 shouldn't even be part of the narrative. I don't get the incentive behind shaming people for seeing things how they are 1
BrattyBottom Posted October 26 Posted October 26 I shouldn't be nasty about Halsey. I actually love her. I'm going to spend tomorrow listening to it. The feedback I've seen thus far has been very positive.

BlahBlahBlah Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Has anyone seen the metacritic score though? Like holy sh*t 1 1
Joesuxx Posted October 26 Posted October 26 IDK why we're expecting MPG numbers from her all of a sudden. These are respectable numbers from one platform, for an 18 track album as conceptual as this. Shame really because it's her best album.
