Both Harlequin and those two Taylor songs I mentioned were less hyped than the songs from studio albums. That's generally what happens. Look at Beyoncé's The Gift which also flopped and yet her next studio album and its lead were hits. HQ and The Rolling Stones were both outside of her regular studio albums but also completely outside of what her fanbase likes. So all in all not something you can pull out to determine whether Gaga's career is the gutter.

It literally was an actual jazz album. It was even #1 on Billboard's Top Jazz Albums chart
