None of Charli's fans need or crave for her to put up big numbers (as evidenced by her pre-BRAT career) but it's genuinely exciting to see an artist who has been at this for a decade+ on the fringe of the mainstream hit a new peak; fans celebrating that is not the same as refuting the truly stupid comparison y'all keep trying to make between Taylor and Charli because you're threatened by the fact she dominated the cultural conversation in a way TPPD did not (despite the latter having stronger numbers). Charli really had bad luck. Blocked in the UK by a random guy, and she does 110k in the US and it's blocked by 2 debuts with over 130k
