Y'all are so dumb. This song was released midnight LOCALLY. The previous singles were released GLOBALLY at 6pm EST and 7pm EST. Spotify counter tracking refreshes at 8pm EST.

 

Songs released locally will always have smaller numbers, because most people aren't staying up till midnight to listen to it, and it's not released in the US yet until the next tracking day.
