have you seen it? genuine question.

 

I have not seen it but based on the accounts of those who have seen it, she was the one of the best things in it and wanted more of her.

 

The thing that ultimately killed its hype is the musical aspect. Even majority of the replies to the tweet say they said NO because they made it a musical.

Off-topic but it's so weird that everyone keeps saying Hollywood should try new ideas and yet we have a sequel that attempts to not just draw from source material or rip off old films like the first one did and experiment with musical elements...and now apparently different IS bad :rip:

And if the movie follows a regular drama/musical during award season trajectory at the box office, has decent legs and breaks even then what? It's back to being because of everything BUT Gaga I guess
