By the time the charts are out, it feels like old news as half or even more of the following tracking week is already done and the charts of other countries have been revealed days earlier. I wouldn't mind if the tracking week is moved to Monday-Sunday, if it means a universal chart reveal day Monday. There's no reason why the US charts should be revealed days after the rest of the world. The fact that we will get the chart tomorrow when there's 2 days left for the new tracking period to end

Rare vs. Roddy Ricch BB 200 didn't come out until Tuesday night after MLK Day, and we got that HDD article on Friday. We don't even have an HDD article out for this week yet. We may be looking at a Wednesday, or even Thursday, chart reveal.

Whoever took the #1 spot, I feel it wasn't close and that there's going to be a considerable gap...it's just a matter of what will be counted or discarded due to fraud Edited September 2 by slw84

americanlife Posted September 2 Posted September 2 Sabrina will probably have the #1 next week unless another big album is coming

liquiddiamonds Posted September 2 Posted September 2 (edited) IF true, Sabrina deserved it. It was truly the most consumed album of the week and we all know that. Unfortunately massive fanbase buying variants for bonus tracks and bundles came in her way Still, if the numbers are true she has a lot to celebrate. It's a mindblowing first week for someone that didn't even break the top 20 last time around. Now we will see if Travis' vinyls albums will pull up a battle for next week. If so, Sabrina's team need to act Swiftly (pun intended). Speed up that deluxe Edited September 2 by liquiddiamonds 5

If so, Sabrina's team need to act Swiftly (pun intended). Speed up that deluxe It feels way too early for a deluxe, even if it dropped later this month. At this point, if I were her I wouldn't even bother potentially getting into another chart battle with Travis. Take the L and join Billie on the list of massive 2024 albums that didn't go #1. Try again with the deluxe once tour kicks off. Edited September 2 by Poptart89 1
