This tour has brought joy to millions and I'm glad you got to be a part of it. Nice pictures. :heart2:

Gross-wise? Unlikely, the tour will likely end very close to 2 billion which is insane and love her or hate her but wherever she's put a foot in, it's caused waves so no.

You're cute and glad you had a good time but... is that a half empty stadium behind you?

I'm jealous I couldn't go! It seems to be very fun and colorful, however I've been to shows that been more impressive imo

Her gross surely won't be topped in a long time

You really trying to insinuate the Eras tour couldn't sell out? :deadbanana2:

A life changing event. :jonny5:

Never before has a tour been this successful, this eventful, this impactful, this discussed and held the attention of the world for this long. Live music peaked at Eras.:jonny2:

In terms of financial revenue, possibly but in terms of shifting the dial and creating a concert format that acted as a template for many MPG tours that have occurred since (including the "Eras" Tour) then I'd say Madonna's "Blond Ambition" is the definitive reference point and cornerstone.

Tbh kind of.

Some people (like me) prefer Beyonces perfectly choreograophed concerts and Gagas theater dramatic performances but the impact Eras tour had is undeniable. Kuddos to Taylor for performing 3.5 hours for almost 2 years now and I love how she announces albums, premieres music videos and sings deep cuts in acoustic section for her fans

Everyone has their own preferences. So in terms of what tour is the "best", everyone will have their own answer. For me, it was the best concert I've ever been to. Everything felt magical. You're getting all the biggest hits, the fan favorites, and the deep cuts with the acoustic section. The latter making sure that every show had its own uniqueness. I just love everything about it and I'm kinda sad this has to end in December.

Even if you don't like Taylor/her music, the cultural relevance (and sheer box office/theaters success) of this tour is pretty much unprecedented. No tour has ever been this popular (at least in my lifetime, I don't really know about before that but considering the absence of social media, I doubt it would have been possible for a tour to penetrate the culture that much, feel free to clock me on this though).

The world is getting more crowded, the consumer market is constantly growing, the products are becoming more and more accessible, the metrics are constantly changing so every record will inevitably be broken in the future.

Her best tours will always remain as Fearless and Speak Now for me. Those arenas were very intimate and personal — back when she would let you hold her hand on the stage and when she would walk through the crowd inches away from your face. Not to mention the 16 hour meet and greet she did. I feel sorry for the fans today who'll never get to experience those golden days!
