Saintlor Posted August 17 Posted August 17 (edited) Bruno has no fanbase. He has also taken a long break. This is relying very heavily on Gaga's fanbase alone. Good debut. The question is if it will click and have longevity. Edited August 17 by Saintlor 1 1

State of Grace. Posted August 17 Posted August 17 The Global numbers are good considering it's her 2nd biggest debut/his biggest debut ever. It kinda...tanked WW though? Those UK/Australia/France/Germany/etc figures are a mess because she usually does better even for a day. Not sure if it's due to this being announced only hours ahead of release, or the public rejecting it/not caring there. I guess we'll see in the upcoming weeks.

The question is if it will click and have longevity. How did "Leave the door open" debut in the top 4 of the Hot 100? Anderson .Paak's fanbase? Obviously Gaga's fanbase is helping more this time but saying Bruno doesn't have a fanbase it's a reach 6 1

whatyouwant_ Posted August 17 Posted August 17 Underwhelming debut, specially WW numbers tbh But seems like neither of them are that big on debuts, so let's see if it has legs/stability like all other Bruno's releases.

He never debuted super high, whether it be with digital sales in the early 10s, album sales or now streams.

Mark Rih Posted August 17 Posted August 17 Not a great start tbh but the song is really good, I hope and think it will smash

That still doesnt change the fact that there was no Big Playlisting Support for it on streaming.. the 830M Spotify Streams were organic

Europe Posted August 17 Posted August 17 As a stan, these numbers are super disappointing. But of course this is not the sound people want from Gaga. She should have served Bloody Mary 2.0. and she would be celebrated everywhere. Oh well. At least the youtube views are good. 6

LTDO not only had a radio deal but was Bruno's first song in ages, even then a #4 debut wasn't that good at the time. You can tell that Bruno is a GP act who has no fan base by his terrible first week sales, low Spotify debuts and even other little things like Reddit followers: Lady Gaga - 419k Harry Styles - 377k The Weeknd - 247k Bruno Mars - 5k So like 99% of his singles this will require the GP catching on and is a decent debut, even if I did expect a bit more. 4
NoAngelus Posted August 17 Posted August 17 Bruno doesn't have one flop single so this will obviously peak later on...

I'm just curious, how many streams did LTDO have on it's first day in the US? And how's the competition in the charts back then in terms of points? Edited August 17 by kwek_kwek

Kiel D-01 Posted August 17 Posted August 17 I am not even worried about the numbers, it's looking promising so far.
