There's a reason why it's LADY GAGA and Bruno Mars and not the other way around. Because Gaga is a bigger star and has the more luxurious status they opted to go with her as the lead because it will gather more attention to the song than if it were Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga. So congrats on Bruno's streams but Gaga is still the bigger star and the one who gave Bruno his biggest debut on Spotify:

No shade at all meant whatsoever I'm pretty sure it's down to some contractual stuff and not a measurement of "who's the bigger star". The song itself feels like Bruno feat. Gaga. Both are huge stars of course.
