The song is clinging onto the top 10, in terms of Spotify streams, in the US but other big markets such as the UK and France seem to be paying it dust (and normally GaGa does well there). What happened?

There's still a significant gap between top 2 and #3, basically 80 - 100 points gap. Gaga/Bruno for the next 3 days would need updates similar to Monday's.  It's possible next week, but as of this week they might barely scratch #2.
