Truthfully, I don't think they did a standardized metric to back up their list. They chose who they wanted, where, which explains a number of the rankings. I think #1 was really the only one that cannot be disputed, but P!nk should have easily been top ten, or even top five based off touring power alone.

Now that is think about it... Pinkle has huge GP classic hits and is incredibly talented and one of the biggest touring artists ever. She's the Peter Pan of our generation, she has short hair, she flies, she flips... and maybe invisible to others.
