Raw talent that you can see and hear wins!! But no fr. This makes sense. Beyoncé is just that girl and always will be. She can be outgrossed and outsold metrics wise but no one can surpass her talent on stage and vocals. Culturally she's literally been a staple for decades through Destiny's Child and her solo career. Broken barriers and magnified  important issues with her art. Her run of critical acclaim for more than a decade with her music and visuals seals the deal.

That Billboard article is insane. So many insane achievements and impacts

Last year, she was Billboard's Greatest Pop Star of 2023, making her the only artist to ever win the title in three separate years (following 2015 and 2021), but the run she's had in the past biennium isn't just the grandest of her own career; it's also possibly the most extraordinary cultural supremacy any of us have ever seen one artist accomplish in our lives.

Quite frankly this is a great choice, Bey's artistry and body of work does make her the greatest pop star this century so far

While it's just a list and there's no need to be angry over it, the placements for the most part have been good. Other than them not placing Kanye a bit higher than he ought to be, this was good and they knew how to draw it out for long and mine all the engagement they could.
