But when you look at 21st century... it doesn't include Britney's massive debut era and Britney's been out of the public eye for 7 years now. I think the battle for 4th and 5th is much more interesting bc there are arguments for both Gaga and Drake to place in either slot. the top 3 seems solidly secured, even with Rihanna being musically absent for years, her entire career exists within the 21st century and it's an undeniable 3rd place behind the careers of Beyonce and Taylor in the 21C.
