Mariah, Whitney and Céline - bigger albums on Spotify than Madonna, why?

Not people saying "XMAS" :isudumblmao:

when Daydream and TEOM are also above any Madonna album.

I'm more shocked at the fact that Memoirs is so high :clap3:

You also chose a weird timing with this topic considering that Like a Prayer and Popular alone are doing like 2.2M together daily :rip:

That's why he made this thread.

Memoirs is Mariah's 3rd biggest album by daily streams because Obsessed is Mariah's biggest song on streaming (outside of Xmas music).

Obsessed will reach 150 million streams in 2024 alone and on Spotify alone. <3

Daydream is Mariah's biggest album via daily streaming, peaking each week at 670k daily.

Actually it's just that Madonna isn't boring
Think about her best song, Like a prayer and its message, for example, and then think about Mariah's eternal theme of We duolingo together, gworl! I'm bored just typing about it

Madonna has her streams divided among multiple releases, studio albums, Greatest Hits albums, etc. But you knew that already Stevyy.

There's a reason she has more overall streams than Whitney (even if you erase Popular) and more streams than Mariah (except between October / December since 2020).

You also chose a weird timing with this topic considering that Like a Prayer and Popular alone are doing like 2.2M together daily :rip:

But isn't it weird, tho?

The numbers for Madonna's albums reflect all versions of a song and attributes the totals to the parent studio albums.

The timing is perfect. You wouldn't know what the Madonna stans are saying about Mariah in the other threads. It's like talking to people in red caps.

would make more sense if you'd actually pick the best Mariah song, which is Can't Let Go or My All.

Also, Vogue is Madonna's best song. Have several seats. (but according to streaming Popular is Madonna's career peak hit evergreen). #oops.

I find it weird that her biggest accomplishment seems to be singing as the hook girl on a man's song. Kinda goes against her trailblazer image as an independent woman if you ask me.

We all like the music, we deserve. <3

Cant let go or My all is the same sad theme she's wallowing in forever

Vogue, Like a prayer, Ray of light on the other hand are rather different wouldn't you say?

Overall live concert revenue: $304,8 million with 477 concerts

Damn, that's even worse than I thought :rip: that means Madonna outgrossed her lifetime concert revenue with the MDNA Tour alone (88 dates). I guess those streams you keep obsessing over aren't translating to anything significant after all.

Some people need to understand Christmas is in December and need to be patient.

Plus Madonna has more daily streams than those ladies.

How is 150 million better than 300m?

sometimes I think everyone's operating red caps these days.

Anyways, I love Madonna but her stans are such a toxic fan base, always with the need to diminish other women to make Madonna look like she's the only one that ever accomplished something.

The furthest thing from the truth.

I dunno the list in OP kinda points to Celine being the weak link with only two albums vs 4 for the other ladies

Using this to discredit Madonna is so funny to me. Ryan Reynolds went to see her personally to seek approval of the usage of the song, he even agreed to do arrangements for the scene where it would feature that Madonna herself requested. The Weeknd chose to collaborate with her and showered with praise, her voice is all over the track as well. This is the result of being a respected legend in the industry, not sure what's wrong with that?
