Overall it's Jack. Ocean Blvd had some of his best work, but his productions are starting to sound the same. Just boring, unexciting ****. Might be because he's been working with many different girls and Taylor specifically has made him her go-to producer for the last years.

 

Finneas on the other hand has served excellence on all of Billie's projects and HMHAS has some of his best work ever.

The entire album is a highlight in his production discography to me. That, folkmore, and Dance Fever are the only ones I truly loved this decade.
