She has many tricks left to exploit like engagement, kids, divorce album, going back to country, comeback after fake retirement, whatever is trending to manipulate charts, you name it

Most people in here don't deny her success, they're just mad about how she uses gimmicks and leaves her own dignity in order to inflate her numbers while scamming her stans. Every MPG gets dragged in here for inflating their numbers each time, Taylor is not the exception :giraffe:

Well, that's not true. Most MPGs have just as many/more variants than TTPD had during its first month of release yet almost no one here cares, because unlike Taylor's they don't sell/don't make a dent in their numbers. People are mad because unlike others, these "gimmicks" work for Taylor while they don't for their own faves.

When she stops Swifties' parents might finally go out of debt their kids put them in

Okay so do other artists/pop girls really weekly release time-limited digital variants of their albums, each having one new ''song''? Unbiased answers please, maybe it's really not just Taylor. Different colored vinyl is not the same thing though, I know everyone does that.

A couple more dollars and chart points aren't worth the amount of backlash that she gets for every new tactic, it hurts her brand and for me it's pointless. That's the thing, why does she release useless stuff when she doesn't even need it?

Why are Swifties obsessed with the release of Reputation TV? All the Taylor's version have been a butchered, lesser mess with karaoke-like productions. :rip:

I swear Scooter Braun was the best thing that could've happened to her career since she is been living off old songs and releasing those old records as 'new' even if the production is trash.

Sales for that where only 1K and she outsold Charlie for 7.7K. She is outselling everyone regardless of those variants.

She should support Palestine. We won't be pressed by that and her fans won't make her #1 anymore, letting other women get the spotlight. :clap3:

Leave Gaza out of stan wars: challenge impossible.

She's gonna support Palestine and after the media dog piles her she's gonna release Reputation TV :suburban:

Other artists don't have it in them to charge $50 for a new song.

I'm certainly sure their variants are brought up in their respective threads as ways of dragging them too, even with screenshots and all, but since most of them do it just for release week it stays just in that week. It's not their fault Taylor keeps releasing more and more variants every week so people drag her during more weeks that the rest of the MPGs :lakitu:

Release an improved Lover 2.0 album I guess, to win back the GP's hearts.

I find it funny when there's only an hyper fixation when she does variants when it's the most common business tactic right now (ever since merch and tour bundles were removed), everyone does it, from A lists like Billie to artists more challenged in the sales department like Jennifer Lopez.

Or the selective outrage of "disliking her now! used to stan!" Cause she's spacing out her acoustic CDs as if she hasn't done that in the past (the signed folklore dispatching in calculated weeks, Lover merch bundles). Atrl get some perspective challenge.

Personally I don't care about number of variants, its a regular market mechanism of demand and supply, however I think there is a difference when all variants are announced before album release so customer can chose what they want and different when they are different variants being released after initial album release date almost on weekly basis.

That is bit excessive from my point of view.  But again, if people buy it, she will release it.

Taylor's versions are actually the main reason why she's the biggest streaming force in music history, the biggest touring artist in history, and the most positively peer-reviewed artist of her time:coffee2:
