I thought she was a singer, not a Tower Records employee. :rip:

I didn't know she sang. I thought she rapped, or whatever

if we are honest, this is taking advantage of the fans. She doesn't need more sales, the album is already huge. The only reason to release more versions is to generate more revenue, and there will be swifties that will eat this up

This doesn't seem to be the start of the rocky relationship between Taylor & the O'Connells though, back then, when Damon Albarn tweeted that ignorant sh*t about Taylor not being a real artist for not writing her own songs, she invited him to her Coachella set to perform a song together. That could easily be taken as a dig.

If she took that as a dig, she has the thinnest skin in the world. :rip: Blur and Gorillaz are renowned bands, so Damon is an obvious choice for a Coachella guest.

Meets phony little LA nepo baby with her non eco friendly 15 variants that are about to kill the poor sea turtles. :oh:

More chances of Taylor's variants killing sea turtles considering the hoarding disorder her cult possesses.

Since when an album becomes so cheap?

What's funny is the sensationalism that surrounds these types of exclusive releases. There is a wave of faux outrage that echoes, but as history has proven, the only thing that matters in the long run of a lasting legacy is public opinion and numbers.

Taylor has favorable end game outcome for both, based on the performance of her catalog, her tours, and her acclaim (both within the industry via awards and externally via critics / fan voted awards.)

but she is at the height of popularity, off the back of huge sales - there's absolutely no need to milk it at this point

How many sea turtles killing randomized variants did you buy for a chance to get a signed copy? I hear it's tough out there :dies:

Uughhh I was hoping she would release a "good edition" of the whole album bc I know there's at least 1 enjoyable song buried somewhere in there.

not sure about this. even if they sell 30k, that will less than 100k dollars for her.

I like her and TTPD but she's such a loser

Taylor's variants actually sell and Swifties collect them, so they are unlikely to end up at the bottom of the Marianas Trench anytime soon. Idk about your fave tho, 15 "ecological" variants seems kinda absurd.

Oh wow. its almost like Gorillaz/Blur arent impactful and influential in their own right, and that it has nothing to do with Taylor at all :rip:Taylor must really have a big of an ego if she really thought that had anything to do with her. But with what shes currently doing, i wouldn't be surprised.

Sorry but this is weird. So because Billie made a comment that in NO way was directed towards her, she has to completely ruin and take attention away another female artist 10+ years younger than her? That just does nothing but just prove Taylor's pettiness and confirms she felt hit by a comment that again, wasn't directed towards her. And she knows her cult of a fanbase will now do anything they can to block someone else's #1 :gaycat6: kinda sad really

Exactly, Billie made a general comment about artists releasing vinyl variants (which could apply to many many people). But Taylor herself and her cult make it their mission to play the victim :sistrens:
