I think they were talking about the post-UGC record, which WAP has at 93 million (Old Town Record holds the overall record at 143 million).

I Had Some Help is predicted to have 75-85 million streams:

Megan had 90k sales for HISS. Did Taylor break her sales record yet?

Release the video Kendrick!!!

That's because he only had 5 days last week. With a full week his points would have been like 650 points or something like that during its first week.

Yes, but Megan never had the record to begin with. Anti-Hero did 327k sales.

People should take notes of what post did. He wasn't doing so well so he jumped on country music (the it genre at the moment) and used his power to get the biggest stars for features.

He's following Gaga's blueprint :spin:

There have been no rules changes for sales this year. The current rules for sales have been in place since the beginning of 2022, so that's the period of record I will consider.

If you want to know who holds the record for the highest sales week this year, you can look it up on Wikipedia. I'm not going to feed stan twitter this information.

It's generic but also super catchy and a perfect sing-along song. It's going to be massive. This, Not Like Us and Million Dollar Baby are going to be fighting for that song of the summer title.

:michael:   What about the girls though ?

Poor Sabrina.

Olivia won :suburban:

Which girls? The only female song currently smashing hard is Espresso and that is already falling a bit behind.

There might be a new female smash hit in the future but for now men are fully dominating.

Billie could actually do it but I think she's more of an album artist anyway.  Plus not dropping any singles prior to the album release makes me think singles success probably isn't the main focus of the era.

Here's the list I have (since January 15, 2022, when the one lifetime sale of a song per person rule was enacted):

1. Anti-Hero - 327k (November 19, 2022)

2. Try That in a Small Town - 228k (July 29, 2023)

3. Try That in a Small Town - 175k (August 5, 2023)

4. Seven - 153k (July 29, 2023)

5. Rich Men North of Richmond - 147k (August 26, 2023)

6. Rich Men North of Richmond - 117k (September 2, 2023)

7. Hiss - 104k (February 10, 2024)
