Strawberry Bubble Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Just now, Dante Silva said: Then you are missing the whole point of the thread. There is a reason you are not being asked. "For the non-swifties - what would you want for Taylor Swift's 12th studio album?" I can't believe I need to explain this: I'm not answering the question of the thread, I'm replying to the comments made here. You can ask the mods if you think I'm breaking the rules or something. I didn't know it was this hard to comprehend.
BlossomSoul Posted April 26 Posted April 26 HITS. Songs that scream single, have a sing along anthemic chorus, interesting, energy!
hallucinate Posted April 26 Posted April 26 something interesting ATP it doesn't even have to be good
brenda-walsh Posted April 26 Posted April 26 firstly, i think she needs a few years break to actually get away from the limelight and find real inspiration to create an artistic record vs. rehashing the same production and lyrical styles. i think a soft rock album ala Fleetwood Mac's late 70s discography would be very interesting and still fit within her style. i want her to leave the revenge songs and victim complex songs in the past and sing about how she was able to fulfill her childhood dreams and maybe compare what she thought it'd be like vs. reality. a good example would be How High by Madonna (in terms of lyrics) i would hate to hear another kids-bop sounding song like Anti-Hero or heartbreak anthem about an ex lover. i need her to sing something sultry or light-hearted and maybe touch a bit on real world topics
Blue Rose Posted April 26 Posted April 26 If she fires Jack, it would be admitting that her critics are right. So I think we'll get more Jack. But he might try to redeem himself
sweetkiss Posted April 26 Posted April 26 i know im in minority but i liked lover a lot, so if its up to me id want something cute and girly. mixture of lover and 1989 sound, little bit of you need to calm down and the man (Political anthems), little bit of iconic production like welcome to new york or antihero, little bit of sass (i forgot that you existed and karma). but knowing taylor shes probably not care about production 2

futuresuperstar2023 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Alternative Rock/ Soft Rock with folk and Country all together somehow 1

It's time for Lover 2.0 without the atrocity of the lead single. 1
aesthetic bih Posted April 26 Posted April 26 An album full of "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me's?" 2 1
chaklux Posted April 28 Posted April 28 I think she need some years break to re- strategise, but she seems to be targeting the artist of the decade , and wants to release as often as possible.
The7thStranger Posted April 28 Posted April 28 (edited) Eleven albums later and she's only made three or four truly good ones. I don't want anything from her because she's not capable of delivering it. I'm not her audience. Edited April 28 by The7thStranger
