they've already gotten Columbia to agree to one of their demands which is complete financial transparency regarding investments & they are directing tons of attention towards the cause so they are doing more than your genocide denying self:suburban:

A significant portion of this growing crowd of at least 400 know they may face arrest, and are ready for it.

And then they got arrested for it 7 am the next morning. So what's the complaint? They were ready for it.

Anyone in here laughing at this, mocking the protesters or minimizing their efforts should be immediately banned from this website.

I get warnings when I make jokes about Taylor Swift fans but we have whole ass genocide supporters on here laughing in the faces of people trying to do SOMETHING? Absolute insanity.

genocide deniers have a different sense of humor than normal human beings

They are outright mocking American citizens being arrested for exercising their right to protest and pushing back against an ongoing GENOCIDE their country is funding.

They're cheering on a fascist takeover and removal of their basic rights.

This is literally nazi behaviour.

100%! And all the moderators of ATRL are co-signing their calls for genocide by allowing their trolling to continue. I'm absolutely f*cking disgusted.

It's not that serious. This thread itself is a bit of an exaggeration with a sensationalized headline.

We're just shrugging cause what else did they expect to happen for violating campus rules?

  • They're allowed to protest from 12 pm to 6 pm.
  • They received a warning at 7:15 pm to leave by 9 pm.
  • They apparently stayed over night.

The school was more than gracious in this instance. Plus, they're protesting on a private campus, so them getting arrested isn't THAT sensational.

Our faves get slapped with thousands in fines for going over festival or stadium performance slots by minutes. Would you prefer that instead?

THIRTY THOUSAND PEOPLE ARE ALREADY DEAD IN GAZA.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE GRAVITY OF THIS MASSACRE?

DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TERRIFYING IT IS THAT AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE BEING ARRESTED FOR PROTESTING A GENOCIDE?

DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW ALARMING IT IS THAT LAWS ARE BEING PASSED TO LIMIT CRITICISM OF ISRAEL?

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT LAUGHING AT THIS OR MINIMIZING THIS IS ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTING TO TOTAL FASCISM IN AMERICA?

"this won't have an impact!"- if 20,000 slaughtered children didn't have an impact on you already you're a ghoul like how are you expecting a 18 yo student to protest an ongoing genocide :rip:

They're free to protest from 12 pm to 6 pm everyday.

They're being arrested for setting up an entire commune on campus.

Thank you for dumbing it down for the slow ones in the back.

If anyone should be banned on this forum it's the users who continue to post misleading/fake information from BOT accounts on Twitter and supporting a literal terrorist group who have killed thousands of people and hold hundreds of hostages over half a year later. That user having a meltdown that the mods aren't banning "genocide supporters" (to them anyone questioning the validity of their statements/sources immediately supports 'genocide'), yet they are freely allowed to mock the deaths, assault, and harassment of Jews globally on this website, and support fascist regimes with their comments of wishing to wipe out all Jews around the world and yet are left untouched on this forum :rip: Bunch of fake-woke oppressed CLOWNS.

There is a special level of hell for people who support genocide.

It's a safety issue. The school is accountable for anything that could/might go wrong when adults congregate in a tent city on the campus lawn.

There are generally rules to everything. Even the campus library closes after a certain time.

And there's a special level of hell for people who support terrorists like the MANY on this forum. Guess we're all going to hell! :celestial2:

Still waiting for a credible article of how the university has succumbed to the protestors' requests and how protesting on a private campus with multiple warnings beforehand is illegal or an abuse of power.
