Did she seriously drag artists for numbers and money and then did the same thing later?

9 colors of recycled material with the same tracks and covers…

Why do y'all purposely play obtuse with these newer pop girls?

People trying to convince others that selling the exact same vinyl in different colors is somehow better than vinyls with non-superficial differences will never not be funny

I guess it gives the fans more option to choose. But still, by releasing 9 variants she also gives her fans the option to collect them everything. It's basically the same as the different covers and tracks, except that there's less efforts put in. There is no doubt that various covers give them more incentive to purchase, but is it really that different? Different covers are just more options, exactly the same as different vinyl colors.

:deadbanana2:

you can't even make a CLOCK out of them!!!

That is why, our teens should stay in school longer and not become millionaire superstars.

I hope that my son who will be born in June can still live and breathe.

Yeah 'cause she's a phony and a fraud who grew up on Justin Bieber music but wants to be marketed as the second coming of Kurt Cobain.

A bit hypocritical ngl. this recent sustainibility/eco-friendly trend that celebrities and universities have put on is just a facade. they don't practice what they preach. why is she clogging up the factories with 9 variants? imagine the fumes :bibliahh:

Are people still missing her point on purpose?

Unless every version has different / exclusive songs, she's not playing the same game certain other artists play, where you have to collect all variants like effing Pokemon to get the full album.

eta:

"...each on the same day, containing the same track-listing across the board and all produced with the most sustainable practices available..."

And that's the difference - for the slow folks in the back.

You're asking people to read her actual quote. Too much hard work lol

Wasn't the whole point that she used recycled materials to make the vinyls? How is this hypocrisy?

She also called out multiple editions as money hungry

like? do the recycled materials magically transform into vinyls themselves? :rip: They still need to go through the regular production cycle :suburban:
