State of Grace. Posted March 30 Posted March 30 (edited) This is extremely impressive. 25 years into her career and keeping up with big streaming era acts. Let's also give it up for RENAISSANCE which did wonders for her streaming power. I still haven't sat down with the album. Hopefully tomorrow Edited March 30 by State of Grace.
Both Sides Now Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Love to see artists put in the WORK and be rewarded for it. Queen

Listened to it twice today in full and I wanted to wait until I can have at least two listens back-to-back and dive into the lyrics. Some IG stories spoiled it for me and I absolutely loved what I've heard 1
Dreajae Posted March 30 Posted March 30 We truly don't need any comparisons to Ariana. A 2010s streaming based act who essentially put out an album as a transitional statement during her divorce and personal drama. Beys numbers were going to be amazing, even if she pulled another 43 million with 16 tracks like Renaissance. It's very shocking that this era is bigger than her first full streaming release and she's worked so hard to catch up. She didn't like it at all, but is now a top player and still top 10 for women on ALL platforms.

Hopefully tomorrow I wanted to hear your thoughts on the new album especially. From someone who it took Renaissance a good amount of time to catch on with me, this album clicked for me INSTANTLY 1

Havoc Posted March 30 Posted March 30 She has no business doing better than Ariana who is much younger, white, and a streaming Queen. This is insanely impressive. 1 3
