He's apparently vacationed in Antigua many times before with his family, not that it matters. 

 

I do believe his team tipped him off, but he's not stupid enough to actually be trying to flee given the extradition treaty. 

 

This is just for PR to let the heat on him slightly die probably. Maybe I'll be wrong but I doubt it.
