"Good Days", "Midnight Sky", and "cardigan" are my holy trinity.

 

However, as much as "Good Days" is my personal favourite of the three, I voted for "Midnight Sky" because it felt more like a lead single ("SOS" ' rollout being so messy really didn't do it much favours on that regard, as brilliant as the end product was). In addition, it was the song that finally made me understand and really appreciate Miley both as an artist and as a person. For me, that's an element that allows a lead single to transcend beyond just being a great track. It's also why "cardigan" finds itself in my trinity, because there are so many people who rediscovered and found newfound appreciation for Taylor Swift thanks to this gem and "folklore" as a whole.
