Justin Bieber is basically retired, Shawn and Charlie and both flops now and Bruno hasn't released solo music in like 8 years. I guess K-pop would win right now since they've got very little competition (though the Weeknd is definitely making better music than the stuff in the OP). I know with time like BTS they eventually will if they are popular enough. But I would like too see more male acts serve visuals, high energy performances, dancing, and stage presence.
