liquiddiamonds Posted March 10 Posted March 10 (edited) we all deep down know this is why the album has not been announced yet. as long as the original concept isn’t lost i’m okay with recording new songs or changing previous stuff Edited March 10 by liquiddiamonds 1
Shimenawa Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Not surprising.. the Kevin Parker tracks are not connecting with the GP 1

B-Luke Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Well this needs to be out before fall 2024 like everybody else‘s album so they better have a tight schedule
wildsidenormani Posted March 10 Posted March 10 it's time for her to quickly record FN 2.0 because this tame impala-lite sound just isn't resonating with the GP. a shame because houdini and training season are excellent 11 1

AlleeX Posted March 10 Posted March 10 i've been told she's to stick with the original concept and sound and stand behind the body of work she did cause her artistic integrity is stronger than the numbers. oh well looks like it's time for FN 4.0 with a Dance the Night lookalike as the new lead single. a shame, Houdini could've absolutely smashed with a seasoned A&R coming in and re-arranging the track a bit, it's stuck between what Tame Impala does, and what Dua thinks she can pull off. 2 11 1
Popular Post Reginald Posted March 10 Popular Post Posted March 10 If I was her, I would take a long break from the nostalgic 70s/80s sound. It's so damn overdone. We want modern 2020s music. That goes for all MPGs not just Dua. 26 1
Burn Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Mess, her label really told her “get back in that damn booth and don’t come out until you have a hit”. 13
Erreur2 La Nature Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Artists record music all the time. That does not mean anything. 8 1
