Kh-Loud Posted April 27 Posted April 27 (edited) RACKLESS was my second least fave tracks but damnnnn it's grown sooo much on me - the lyrics really try to engage all your senses into an imagined daydream filled with imageries, and when the climate HITS, it feels almost like the E pill is hitting Edited April 27 by Kh-Loud 3

Personally, I would have loved any of these shots as the album cover she's so stunning it's insane like she's not only Bowie's successor in fantastic music and an effortlessly chameleonic nature, but in terms of the way she looks like a beautiful, unique extraterrestrial just like he did
FallenFroot Posted April 27 Posted April 27 She's a genius. Broken Man, Violent Times, Sweetest Fruit, Reckless
TipToe Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Nice alberm, it didn't hit me as hard as i thought it would tho, need a couple more listenings to really feel it

Kh-Loud Posted April 28 Posted April 28 (edited) It gets better and better with every listen; therefore, if you're not listening enough, you need to go press pLAYnO!W Man, this already sounds like an indie rock classiccc I LITERALLY CAN NOT STOP PLAYING.... Taylor fanboy Posted April 28 Posted April 28 VIOLENT TIMES is the greatest gag here outside of the singles. Maybe second to Hell Is Near. 2

Puttanesca Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Best production I've heard all year. See when you let an artist do their thing in the studio?

acidbb Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Is it just me or is the mixing/volume of the album version of Broken Man way better than the one on her YouTube 1

K$Ellie Posted April 28 Posted April 28 I actually think the pacing is quite bad here, the first half having the snooze Reckless and then the three singles back to back makes it a bit of a chore to get through. I preferred the last two albums but this is really great too, just not loving it as much as everyone else. The first two singles got me too hyped that it was a minor disappointment.
KatyPrismSpirit Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Okay my new favorites are definitely 1. Sweetest Fruit 2. So Many Planets 3. Flea 4. All Born Screaming 5. Reckless the Sweetest Fruit > So Many Planets > All Born Screaming punch is just INSANE 1
flower moon Posted April 28 Posted April 28 ive only listened to this once in full but it was instantly good. no need for convincing or more listens to decide i havent really enjoyed her much since strange mercy
Kh-Loud Posted April 28 Posted April 28 (edited) The fact that she wrote and produced this masterpiece entirely by herself.... SHE'S A ******* GENUIS - the range that she has as a musician is simply almost too overwhelming to comprehend. I'M SO GLAD SHE DITCHED JACK ANTURNOFF after he botched her last album..DOWN is still a career high Can we get 5 extra songs for a deluxe version? Like who released a 10-track album anymore? THIS feels almost like an EP after Taylor's and Beyonce's releases Edited April 28 by Kh-Loud 3
