Ok yeah def annoyed by Apple because it had potential to be so much better but George's ugly, too muddy kick drum makes it sound so much duller than it could have been. Also realizing now the she uses the little Bounce adlibs in 365 and the high pitched "uggh!" all over the VV EP on 360 in the post chorus

Depends how they pitch the remix album tbh - if it's a deluxe or an EP then no but if it's a completely different album ala Dawn Of Chromatica then it probably could be counted as a separate album but more likely it just won't be counted in the 2 album deal
