No…? This is genuinely weird, creepy and mentally unstable behavior. :deadbanana: Can we please stop trying to “y’all hate fun” any form of criticism. This shouldn’t be perceived as normal, inside or out of this forum. :deadbanana:

Right? Like I absolutely think an emotional response is understandable but why record this type of deep and personal event?

I think as a society we’ve become too accustomed to oversharing and validating every personal detail that people put out into the world. She’s allowed to have this type of response, but there’s no need to broadcast it to the world. What does she get out of this? It blurs the line between a genuine emotional moment and showboating for attention too much to justify posting. It’s really not a good look and that’s the honest truth.

Mind your business as in if it’s something you don’t like, want to see, or find embarrassing, then ignore it and move on. Clearly, it’s not for you, it’s for likeminded people, hence the hashtags being entirely Swift related and not “#viral, #share, etc.”

Common courtesy and decency shouldn't disappear behind online anonymity.

I thought her reaction was funny and giving cult and so I posted it, it's not that deep ma'am

Personally think it’s annoying as ****, people who film themselves at a concert crying, how is that genuine? you are playing up to the camera for views :rip: if some random person captures it, I would say ok genuine, but you holding the camera to your face is just :bibliahh:

This is performative and strange. Simple.

It’s wonderful to see people get genuinely touched and tear up over a song that touches their heart or has a special meaning to them. That’s the beauty of music.

This is just over the top and performative

If it’s a genuine reaction towards something that saved her life, then it is that deep. Time and place I fear

It’s so funny when things like this happen and ATRL wants to play psychologist and the mental health police but if you look through their post history they’re melting down and having worse reactions about chart positions or you calling their fave a flop.

If some of you could afford to go to concerts, this isn’t uncommon. people actually have connections to songs and don’t just like them because they’re successful on charts.

That being said, you couldn’t PAY me to post this online :rip:

Why does ATRL think some women just living their life is a topic of debate here?  Why are some of y’all so invested in these strangers?

Well you’re always downvoting my posts so I thought to give you a notification for a change

:suburban:

Interestingly enough, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I checked all my reactions since December 2023 for now. I have not once downvoted you during this time period.

There is only one member I downvoted multiple times during this time though: @BrandNewBrandon. So, either you're creating stories in your head and shouldn't talk too much on the girl in the OP, or you might have gotten confused between your multiple accounts.

The overdramatic angry essays in here are more strange to me than someone’s emotional reaction to a song they love

She took it down. But I was just in time to witness the mental illness. Her friends were NOT having it :bibliahh:

I could never be around someone like this. This person needs help.
