Big Bad Wolf Posted February 12 Posted February 12 (edited) TLDR: She feels very fulfilled by this album and put in a lot of work to create it and feels like it should be her last but will never say never. In other words: it's flopping, so she's saying it's her final album to drive attention to it. Poor J.Lo Edited February 12 by Big Bad Wolf 2 6 3 1
Mornings Posted February 12 Posted February 12 hopefully this means her marriage will last forever. you know she only makes music when she has a new man 1 3 1 1

Vermillion Posted February 12 Posted February 12 For better or worse, she defined the Murder Inc. era that had a stranglehold on music in the early 2000’s, to a slightly lesser extent the TRL latino boom. Whether she deserved that out of talent as opposed to working a huge machine including Ashanti that with the help of Tommy Mottola steamrolled quite a few people including Mariah, various fan bases will never agree on. Not to mention the infamous Billboard policy change. From a branding standpoint, this makes sense. More than enough for her to continue branching out to outside of her previous ventures. Just from the perspective of not resting on her laurels to keep fighting in multiple arenas, even if some of it’s cringe-worthy, I applaud her. I’d say good luck but she doesn’t need it. 3
MusicIsMyMaster Posted February 12 Posted February 12 This makes me sad but also fills my heart she’s happy and feels like this chapter for her is fulfilled.I’m sure we are gonna get random song droplets over the next few years for sure. im gonna enjoy every single second of “This Is Me..Now” and no one can take that away from me. love you my queen can’t wait for the tour !! 8

professor2000 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I think she’s done what she can do …and I’m not even trying to be shady. She has certainly exceeded my expectations (and I’m sure most people’s) with her music career. She’s done good. 9 1

CristianGarcia Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Well she’s done all she can do with her music career. She’s gone to the Super Bowl. She’s never going to win a Grammy… So what’s left? Her last album came out 10 years ago so to wait til she’s in her 60’s for her next one just doesn’t seem purposeful Just devote more time into being an actress people are still checking for that at least…
Popular Post princedonte Posted February 12 Popular Post Posted February 12 The end of an era J.Lo (2001) was the first album I stole from Walmart and Brave was the last one I stole. Before I got right with Jesus then became an Atheist. 1 17
