Popular Post Cruel Summer Posted February 8 Popular Post Posted February 8 He’s… so senile and memory-impaired that it isn’t even recommended he be charged? And this is the better major party candidate and what the Democrats think is their best bet? We are so deeply ******. 5 15
brraap Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Idk y’all. It’s giving when people commit serious crimes then blame it on mental problems to get out of jail 4
differentkindahigh Posted February 8 Posted February 8 (edited) So who are the people voting for this guy in the primary. I want the voting statistics. I really do. I'll get them eventually, but I want them now, not later Edited February 8 by differentkindahigh
Popular Post favorite crime Posted February 8 Popular Post Posted February 8 How are a convicted felon and a man with dementia allowed to run for president? America is so corrupt it's crazy 17
Vermillion Posted February 8 Posted February 8 The only way Nikki’s beating Trump for the nomination is if the Jan. 6 charge happens before the convention to make it contested. I’ve been consistent on that opinion for almost a year. Biden, barring a heart attack prior to the convention, is not withdrawing from the nomination. So Trump winning in November is still my prediction. He’ll attempt another Obamacare repeal and a national abortion ban by dropping the filibuster for both. I think he’ll fail on both as the Senate margins will still hold up with enough Republican defections to overcome both, but barely. Just preparing myself for the above so it’s not a gut punch.
shyboi Posted February 8 Posted February 8 some addies and two shots of espresso and he will be ready to swim w the sharks me thinks 1
Vermillion Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Not that this makes things any better, but we need to not act like a shell of a president is a new concept. Reagan’s entire last two years in office he practically should’ve been placed in hospice care. 1
NEX Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Remember when it looked like Bernie Sanders was going to snatch the nomination in 2020? I wonder what that alternative reality would have looked like now 2 1

Trent W Posted February 8 Posted February 8 This makes you realize who really runs the country Corporations probably but the president is basically just a fictional head position I feel even dumb to call that man president in his current state 1
byzantium Posted February 8 Posted February 8 I hate that the Democrats consistently put us in the position of wishing death on people so that we can even have the possibility of getting competent leadership. 5

Both Edith and Nancy served as shadow presidents with no one knowing until after the presidencies were over. Won't be surprised if Jill ends up doing the same if Biden ends up getting a second term. She sure as hell won't let Kamala come close to taking over while Joe is still breathing. If she could find a way to pull a Weekend at Bernie's to keep Kamala out of the presidency, she'd do that. 1 1

Ahhhh but remember??? it’s not the politicians’ and party sycophantic loyalists’ fault…. It’s the average voters’ fault for demanding anything from their leaders… Watch the average Blue Maga liberal still find a way to blame this train wreck genocidal freak of a man losing on leftists & activists Edited February 8 by Gov Hooka 1
Taylena Posted February 8 Posted February 8 After them admitting this nobody can really say the Democrats want to win the election.

He'll be attempting alot more than that and with the supreme court being set up the way it is (which was the plan him, McConnell and other Rethugs came up with) then yeah I think alot of things will go their way. I believe it includes a provision to give the executive branch more power while disempowering congress.

Honest question though - who’d be more likely to win the Upper Midwest in the Electoral College? The DNC would stifle Bernie if not reluctantly accept him and even then if he were to get through there’d be the avalanche of oppo research. Kamala, Gavin, Pete and Liz would lose in a blowout for varying reasons both unfair and deserved. Gretchen’s more valuable staying put as are all the Dem Senators. Which leaves who exactly? 7 minutes ago, ClashAndBurn said: She sure as hell won't let Kamala come close to taking over while Joe is still breathing.
