Digitalism Posted January 7 Posted January 7 I mean she has to be straight and if she wasn't she wouldn't talk about it Comming out now as a lesbian after years of lying would be career ending 1

And no, ur not gonna be the one gay who will get the straight person to fall in love with. I feel like gays like these lead a very insular life. It’s pointless correcting them. Nothing’s ever gonna burst that bubble. 2
Rep2000 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 (edited) I swear, this whole situation is so ridiculous that Taylor Swift might be the first big celebrity to come out as "straight" just to end all these vicious conspiracies. Because that's how ridiculous this is right now. Edited January 7 by Rep2000 1

Every song is linked to a different famous boyfriend and she desperately wants everyone to know it. But she took it so far with her latest "boyfriend" that her performative "look I'm at his game making concerned faces" antics felt fake. It made people wonder if he's a publicity stunt boyfriend. Which made them wonder if all the others were too. Which made them wonder if she like boys at all. That's the risk of exploiting your personal life for relevance. Don't like it, don't do it. Because you think the gaylors happened overnight when Taylor started dating Travis? 2 1 2
ALΞX Posted January 7 Posted January 7 I’d be mad if someone called me straight too. 🤷🏼♂️ who cares. Lol.

You're really bending over backward to justify being mean and harassing someone. Going from "she looks fake supporting her guy a game" to assuming her sexual orientation is quite a stretch. It's just your own bias showing, and you're targeting her because you secretly dislike her. Unfortunately, your actions won't really damage her reputation, no matter how much you wish they would. 1
XAMJ Posted January 7 Posted January 7 if the swifities dont respect their mother then imagine how they treat other women, specifically women of color
State of Grace. Posted January 7 Posted January 7 - Gaylors are deranged people and genuinely...not well. It used to be a fun joke in the fandom years ago but they're a literal threat to humanity now. - The New York Times is embarrassing and the fact that this article was cleared is...gross. But not surprising. - Her team's response could have been better because mentioning Shawn or using the sexism angle is not it here. It's just so funny to me because this woman is literally the embodiment of a "heterosexual millennial". NO ONE looks at Taylor Swift and thinks..."hm she might be gay!" One of my favorite things about her music is the way people get to interpret it in their own ways and relate her songs to their own life experiences. Like...the sapphic interpretations of folklore & evermore are *chef's kiss* and make me fall in love with the projects even more. It's just that the loud Gaylor losers took it way too far so she has every right to be mad and put an end to this. The NYT article was the last straw I guess dd. 1

Rep2000 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 The gaylors have gone feral and gone as far as digging into Travis' post history trying to cancel him (they failed), accuse him of being violent and abusive (again, why are they so obsessed with accusing men close to her 'abusive'?), and even as far as calling him gay as well (?!?!). It's fair to say that gaylors are not swifties. Since they are not here for her music or personality. Their only concern is all about her private life and that is disturbing af.

BlueTimberwolf Posted January 8 Posted January 8 No one forced her to wear the Bi-Pride flag on her head for her LBGT pandering music video. It's so strange she is always pulling these stunts, and then hiding her hands. No different than Harry "No Labels" Styles. 2 2

Let's use our brains kids. I think she’s literally creating a community of queer people for a song about the experiences of queer people. She’s playing a character. Taylor Swift the entertainer =/= Taylor Swift the person, Taylor could kiss a girl in a music video or in a film and it wouldn’t mean that she is interested in dating women in her personal life. Actors and entertainers sexualities are not our business, but we most definitely shouldn’t be using their on screen PERFORMANCES as some sort of indicator of what their romantic and sexual preferences are.
Bethenny Frankel Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Taylor is obviously str8, maybe bicurious and kissed a woman once at best

This woman can’t even stay single for a full moon’s turn after ending a 5-year plus relationship Lesbians are even weirder than gays about pushing sexuality onto someone. My lesbian cousin kept saying all these random, clearly straight women were probably gay at the Christmas gathering. 1
