This had nothing to do with my quote. I was talking about the confusion that was at first when everything felt so unclear about the projects. I had nothing to say about your affirmations cause that wasn't the subject of my post.

Must have replied to the wrong post :heart2: some confusion in tabloid predebut speculation doesn't make sense as a source for her indignation, either.

this is the reason why sakura debuted with lesserafim btw

Miss Sakura's growth from a young girl in an exploitative industry to her final evolution as a respected veteran kpop idol was certainly not lost on mr Bang. what a bop too:giraffe:

Wait so MHJ was the one behind the Garam leaks and Chaewon substance abuse rumors?  :deadbanana4:

Just a question..... Is something fishy going on with the government in Korea rn ??? Like public officials getting sued/investigated/elections/new laws being pushed, etc ???

The Korean word used doesn't have a direct English translation. It can mean physically pretty, but it's also more commonly used to describe a personality trait, often found in children or puppies, as in "sweet, gentle, kind"-- taken from someone speaking Korean.

I see problems with both narratives that's why I'm not taking any side. I want the best for all the groups involved because I enjoy all of them. This is tiring and emotionally toxic to me.

Sooo…are my NewJeans girlies safe? And by safe, I mean, not stuck with HYBE if it comes down to ADORE's CEO leaving?

If NewJeans girlies actually support Min Heejin like she said, they'd rather leave and stay blacklisted, than remain in a company run by Bang PD aka the #1 hater

Well whatever that producer said applies to the entirety of the genre, not just the reality tv competitions :coffee2: we're glad Bang saw the good in recruiting grown women with idol experience instead of snatching them all out of middle school!

well… ADOR disappeared from their naver profile and minijin is currently doing interviews with the news rn (allegedly) so… let's hope it's not bad news 😭

It's not true. (according to her interview)

ADOR was founded AFTER and as a result of Bang PD's decision to disband GF and shelve NJ and train/debut LSRF, not before. Whatever happened to GF, Source and LSRF was already decided by BSH himself BEFORE ADOR was founded. ADOR was an emergency and last resort to debut NJ after BSH told MHJ to get lost. ADOR has also few to no HYBE Source staff. The woman who makes it clear she dislikes HYBE and their subsidiaries isn't going to bankroll their staff. :rip:

I have contradictory feelings about these claims, how was ADOR a last minute sublabel but they were assigned the top floor of the company building?

Physically, how was ADOR an afterthought and they still give them the most important space in the building?

why was it available in the first place if ADOR wasn't supposed to exist?

Also, Shitman Bang told her "to get lost" but funded all the teasers, MVs, and related production cost.

Unless she can prove she funded it with her own pocket money, it makes no sense to say she received no company help.

he didn't have to snatch them from middle school since they already got expelled

I don't really believe they have a way to leave except breaking the contract. And I hope they won't end up like 5050 but with MUCH higher financial penalties:emofish:

pfft. I set myself up for that

But the way Knets refer to Sakura and Chaewon as "used goods" for being grown women and Kpop veterans yet treat Bang like a weeb/creep for still seeing the potential in them.. some hypocrisy

I don't remember reading her saying how the HYBE building was divided between everyone, Idk.

As for the foundation of ADOR, she said BSH allowed it at the condition she would have a weird contract. She called it a slave contract. She also said she is / was in the process of renegotiating it before the drama.

Quote

I have a weird shareholder's contract with HYBE. I can't reveal the details

Quote

"From early this year, we're working on the details because there are unfair terms in the contract,"

Quote

It's like a slave contract

Quote

But Bang Si-hyuk said that he wouldn't let me do it unless the company held a 100 percent stake.

Quote

A fight would've taken months, so I just said O.K. to the shares of the company after three months
