The way I still don't fully understand the Korean chart system either and the differences between PAK and RAKS etc. as well

At least Tzuyu was able to debut in Korea despite being a foreign idol, unlike Sooyoung, who, even though she's fully Korean, chose to debut in Japan, knowing she'd flop way harder than any TWICE member if she tried to debut in Korea.

Sooyoung debut in Korea in 2018, and debut as an idol in Japan in 2002. Before twice was born.
