Overall popularity is debatable, but there is no denying that Suzy was capable to challenge SNSD members at her peak, at least for CFs and GP attention. But it was because of her acting that exploded her popularity. Not her idol career. She completely overshadowed Miss A and most of the public had no idea she was even in that group. 1
