nostalgic Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Wonderland was a serve it's too bad she killed her career for a quick lil cheap paycheck, she could have been huge.
Jukebox Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 I never really got into her second album but whew! Perfectionist had 13 year old me gagging. A perfect pop album. Not a bad song.
WeFoundWill Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 even the unreleased songs from both albums PUNCH
WeFoundWill Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 the level of EXCELLENCE that pre chorus OH 5
SuperCiC1 Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Free is a mini masterclass in pop hook songwriting. The bridge KILLS every time! 3
Mr_campbell Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Saturday night and problem are amazing tracks. But what she did on X Factor still haunts me. An actual bully!
ICLDXU4HS Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 The pre-release singles from her first album were her best songs. Everything else was very stale and tame.
Antisocialites Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 #IStandWithHer #SheDidNothingWrong 2
Alaska. Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 I'm glad to see so many replies praising her, because the last time I saw an appreciation thread about her music, the replies where pretty negative. I don't understand why because she those 2 albums are better than what most of the girls are releasing today 3 1
May Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 her EP 30mg+ under her Cruel Youth name a few years ago is her best work ever created by the way, yall should get into it eagerly awaiting a new release tho.. 3
Gottasadae Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 She deserves some redemption for Saturday Night alone
SweetTalker Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 The Perfectionist era had me in a chokehold when I was a kid and then she came out with Problem… omggg the POWER that she had Trouble is such an underrated album 2
theweekend Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 when I first listened to mirrors I really thought she was going to be the next IT girl. sadly I was wrong.
SlowGinFizzzz Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 One of the most talented artists out there. I wish she released another album or more Cruel Youth stuff, but I guess with those paychecks from Rihanna and Madonna she doesn't really need that anymore.
Peroxide Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Saturday Night is a 10/10 pop song. It’s so good. Mirrors and Love Is A Suicide are also great. Would have made great additions to either The Fame Monster or Born This Way.
Junipero Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 "Trouble" and "Saturday Night" were better than "Problem" as singles. The 2nd era should have released the singles as: "Trouble" "Saturday Night" and whatever else. Emilie Haynie produced many of the songs; he also produxed many songs for "Born to Die" by Lana Del Rey. I would really like her to work with Emilie Haynie.

NOW Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 Yes, Trouble was one of my fave pop albums from 2013. I made a 10-year anniversary thread a few months back:
Dolce Vita Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 (edited) i’m still yet to listen to her discography but mirrors is that song Edited December 29, 2023 by Dolce Vita

Soda Pop Queen Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 and I think Natalia's career stalled under the Kills name because she was being sabotaged at Interscope for... reasons, not because of X Factor. Shame really, she honestly had IT.
