Today was also released that Ana died from pulmonary hemorrhage. It’s going to take more 30 days to conclude if it was caused by the overheating from insolation and dehydration. Just putting this out there for the couple of users that were commenting in some other thread that she should’ve drank a glass of water or left for a bottle… highly insensitive

They were never sued, and noone tried to imply they were guilty for addressing the situation, reaching out to the family or helping the families. The supermarket that organized the autograph session where it happened was sued for not following safety guidelines though.

Also, I'm a little over all the 'Taylor wants to avoid litigation' BS. She would never be held criminally responsible obviously, and any remuneration she could pay would be peanuts to her. Isn't the whole point of having exorbitant amounts of wealth for situations like these?

 

The fact is, she's the captain of the ship. She gets all the glory when things go right (her tour being the event it is is a credit to thousands of people, but at the end of the day she gets the flowers), and therefore  she must be the leader when things don't go right.
