Of course that would later be settled in court, I've never implied otherwise - what Ive mentioned is that compensation doesnt result in admission of guilt. My law firm worked in the investigations of the incident, but thanks for trying to imply you somehow know the case better than I do. 

 

Everyone recognize that Taylor doesn't bare responsability, and it's not her helping out the family of a poor fan that would result in any of form of liability, no sane judge in Brazil would infer that she's guilty because she helped the fan's family transport their daughter's body. The opposite might be true though, her not taking any action could be used against her in arguments made by the plaintiffs, should the family sue for damages.
