Can you not read?? I said requirements as in dancing skills, stage presence, etc.  The other girls I mentioned all looked like they were born to be on stage while Dua was stiff and awkward and had to put in a lot of work to improve. I was not referring to their work ethic at all.

Having said that, I have a feeling Dua's next album is going to end up like Dawn FM. AKA a rehashing of the same sound that gets firmly rejected by the general public.
