Most Beyonce.

 

Beyonce has done R&B, pop and hip hop very successfully. She's PROVEN to be able to musical theatre, classical opera styling, jazz, reggae, country, funk, gospel and afro-beat WELL.

 

If we get to subgenres Renaissance stumps almost every album anyone else  in the poll has explored. So factually Beyonce is the most versatile unless you have songs or performances of anyone else on the list doing opera, afro beat, musical theatre, jazz and then rapping well to prove me wrong.
