The Woman in Me Megathread | Out now | Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt bid for adaptation

Ryan
Message added by Ryan,

Do NOT make negative comments about Britney using her then-constitutional right to have an abortion. She and Justin mutually agreed to the decision.

Omg the book is amazing but as a justin timberlake fan im shocked of how much he ruined britney life.  The guy was really evil. Now i get why he's been flopping so much. Karma

Now it makes me wonder how all that Taylor swift Bullying to Katy Perry affected her.  Behind closed doors it really takes a toll on their mental health. Hate can really destroy the life of someone completely.

Britney was so so confident even with all her problems. U can feel it in her words. Very sweet but with huge ambition.

Ok now i want a memory of every pop singer lmfao

Considering katy was older than her and was the first one to date John Mayer after he ****** with Taylor even though they were apparently "friends" but yes poor katy, she suffered more because she became a flop.

Anyway that is NOTHING compared to an actual relationship that JT and brit had and everyone knew JT was trash since the begging except his "stans ", this book just confirmed it

Is not as pretentious as other memories and thats great. Is not filled with hyperbole or poetic moment after poetic moment.
This one feels very real. Love it :giraffe: Like my bestie spilling her life secrets

yes omg it legit reminds me of when my mom would tell me her childhood stories

Probably in the US and only there break ore orders records. They mean that. Of course globally doesn't touch for example prince Harry book, to talk only to something very recent.

I love how the best selling celebrity memoir pays flowers to Im Not a Girl Not Yet a Woman - it deserves to go viral next

"Listen I had a conversation with Cade Hudson," McDonald told listeners. "He is a man and he is her manager and I talked to him at Craigs about a month ago and he told me this book the pre-orders were up to like—I want to say and I'm just going to say I don't, I can't verify this complete memory—but I want to say the pre-orders were up to 9 million. That's what he told me... Maybe he predicts it will make 9 million..."

Not people believing this is selling more than the last Harry Potter book

:rip:

"On opening day, 8.3 million copies of the book were sold in the United States"

Youre right. Sorry for inserting this here. Lemme hide that. Different situations and dramas even if i dont agree with Tay
That Dont belong to this thread. Lets talk about britney better. Sorry cuties :gaycat5:

So you all knew Justin was always a mess? I didnt know he affected her to that extend :emofish: and my eyes are open now
You can really feel how those two relationships with federline-timberlake were like her "before-after"  like the michael jackson pepsi thing
Even if her early life was not easy she had happiness and was able to smile above the bad
The bullying also changed her so much.  This book feels like havin all the answers we always wanted
I think she faced the worst bullying of a celeb ever. Even in the top of the world she was underlooked and thrashed. This poor woman
I was a teen 14-15 when the breakdown happened and here in latinoamerica she was also mocked by the media and everyone made fun of her.
I remember the legions of paparazzis too
She was just a nice girl from louisiana in love with performing and normal things.  She didnt deserve to suffer that much

I’m so happy that she got to live to hear her truth spoken. Hearing Michelle read about the onset of the conservatorship is chilling, but I hope the experience is cathartic and not stressful.

Wow, the chapter where she talks about the abortion and Justin cheating on her. Justin is absolute trash :biblio: I love how she talks about Blackout. Her best album

This book is iconic. She is such a strong woman. I love her :heart2:

People downplay how huge was britney worldwide. She was the top celeb of the 2000s and thats an iconic decade :giraffe:

When you consider how short a period she released BOMT-ITZ, and everything she achieved in that time frame at such a young age - I fear there’s no other words than legendary icon.

Doesn't matter if people care, she is a celeb and her book outsold. Just correcting Britney's false statement!
