Message added by Ryan,

Do NOT make negative comments about Britney using her then-constitutional right to have an abortion. She and Justin mutually agreed to the decision.

Not Amazon delivering my book until tomorrow :jonny5:

I know it’s already in the city just give it to me!

Finished chapter 17*

I wish she went deeper about the artistic side of her career and the things she did in the studio, songwriting, vocals, lipsync. :michael:

I’m having a really hard time not getting a warning point for wanting to write the things I want to happen to Lou, Robin, Jamie, and Lynn. If there is a hell, they better be in the hottest part of it.

The book made me realize I forgot how close her and Bryan used to be. Jamie Lynn gets so much attention but Bryan is a good dude… or at least he used to be.

Idk about these days but back in the early days of her career and during the Kevin years she and Bryan were really close, out of everyone in the family he always seemed the most genuine.

When I found him, he had his head shaved. He was getting ready to shoot the cover for his album. He was in the studio all the time. He really thought he was a rapper now. Bless his heart because he did take it so seriously.

Bryan was maybe nice in the past, but when the free Britney move came around he went on lives to basically say she was crazy and needed the conservatorship. He didnt move one thing to help her getting out of it.

omg I forgot about this :deadbanana2:

I stopped following Britney (and JT) as closely as I did during my stan days so I’m not 100% up to date like I used to be on some things… Bryan basically is no different from Jamie Lynn and everyone else who used her for $$$$. That’s unfortunate because they were really close and he even for a short period was in control during the c-ship when Jamie had to step away, she seemed happier but of course we don’t know what was really going on behind the scenes.

Love how in-detail she goes on Blackout:jonny6: She did Hot As Ice in 2 takes

"Gimme More" is by far the worst video I've ever shot in my life. I don't like it at all - it's so tacky. It looks like we only spent three thousand dollars to shoot it. And yet, even though it was bad, it worked for what it was.

I mourn how unpleasant things got for me with my family, yet I remain so proud of that album. Many artists have said that it influenced them, and I often hear from fans that it's their favorite. :cries:

The section about her feeling like a robot (and subsequently intentionally embodying one) was pretty profound. I feel guilty for all of the robot jokes we used to make on Oldtrl :deadbanana4:

I just got the book, so excited to start reading. I'm glad my mother died was one of my favourite books of last year, hopefully this one will be just as good.

Between the performing monkey comments, iOS updates, animals having more human rights, there’s a special place in hell for all.

Finished reading the book, for GP it's a great insightful book but I think as longtime fans there wasn't much to know except listening to things from her side for the first time.

One thing I really liked reading about her conservatorship abuse like we know it was bad, but to hear from her was terrifying.

Spoiler

She doesn’t mention the year she got pregnant, could it be 2001?

cause she says she should have seen the break up coming, but she didn’t…

hearing about how she aborted the baby made me feel sick:redface:

Spoiler

I’ve always suspected her break up with JT was more serious than we thought, damn, it impacted her tremendously in every negative way possible…

it totally triggered her mental state, she has never been the same since:weeps:

the praise for Dream Within A Dream

and the Onyx draggings :oh:

I could not agree more

also LOVE the DWAD picture they used on the inside of the book, it's so fitting that she chose it!

it's nice to know that, even tho she had some hard times then too, she thoroughly enjoyed those peak years of her career
