Taylor is my most streamed artist and yeah this film was a pass for me because I knew fans would be acting like this :rip:

Back when I was a momentary swiftie out of support for my twitter friend I played with the idea of attending eras tour until I realized her demographic. I refuse to be around a bunch of screaming children and that other group that drinks pumpkin spice iced drinks every day. I can’t do it. Probably can’t even hear the actual movie cause they’re SCREAMING the lyrics out loud and sobbing at every song. Gen z is awful.

This is harmless. I rather them do this than be anti-black.

in a way it is kind of anti-black. white women can afford to break the rules and get away with many things black people face larger scrutiny for.

if a group of black people did this in front of a white audience the cops would be called and they'd get kicked out for being disruptive

it's somewhat understandable if they're teenagers, but some of these people are 30+ year olds dancing around in circles and dancing horribly:ahh:

I'm glad my show was more tame.   Only a few really young kids got up to dance and run around at times.  Everyone else just vibed and sang along in their seats. :michael:

We all saw that coming, I attended the eras tour and some people were losing their mind there

I hope there are not much teens when I go to see it tho

Except the people there ARE the chronically online folk. This is a public movie theater, not everyone wants to hear other fans screaming and dancing around them. Save that for your private watch parties.

Taylor literally tweeted that dancing and singing were encouraged :deadbanana2: I think most people knew opening day would be similar to a concert.

It’s funny but it’s also just people having fun. I would participate in the misdommar worshipping had I been there.
