It’s admirable that she’s in a space where she can drop whatever she wants & she’s made it clear she really loves this song & appreciates it’s reception so far. If you want to get technical, it got no music video, no playlisting, she posted the entire song on her socials, and still debuted higher than songs from peers which received full campaigns. The traditional promo rollout just has not worked in her favor in recent years (mostly from her choosing the wrong singles). And the one time it did (SFG), she dropped a greatest hits album.
