How the hell did he decline this drastically?

Op is being dramatic he still has 2 other albums charting. His new album was never gonna be a big hit. Even he knew that :rip:

Not surprisingly with that OP. I guess he'll be fine.

Just 15 weeks?

For comparison - Chromatica did around 35 weeks and ATRL loves calling that record a massive failure…

For Ed’s standards this is really poor.

Ed saw what Taylor did with folklore and literally tried to replicate it :rip:

He fully expected this album to do numbers.

I doubt it. The album is somber/depressing as hell :rip:

Finally he’s over. Now others should follow him.

Subtract: hit songs, album sales, relevance

Maybe his new pumpkin spice white girl Autumn vibes era will stick though! :allears:

The way ATRL absolutely hates him because he stomped on the majority of their faves for a solid decade :rip:

But yeah, I think his commercial prime in the U.S. is done

In America, yes. When they dispose of some international every-man singer, they do it QUICKLY and leave no room for recovery (Phil Collins, Bryan Adams, etc.). :jonny:

Sadly, his music will continue to be shoved down our throats in Europe.

Phil Collins lasted 20 years.  Nothing QUICKLY about it.
